I engaged with New Era real estate to sell my investment. Through out the process I found Praveen and Jeevan from new Era real estate to be highly professional. They setup correct expectations in terms of the price. At the first openhome they attracted about 12 prospective customers for my property and negotiations began. As my property was one of the few advertised in the area it wasn't easy to get an immediate sale but through their commitment and handwork they were successful in finding a buyer in about 40 days. I will like to mention that their knowledge in this market is immense and they were not only honest with me but they were honest and upright with the buyer as well. I can recommend them to anyone looking to sell and I feel confident in saying that I can engage with them in future if need be. One thing I will like to mention that after the first 2 openhomes I asked them to put more marketing signs at the time of openhomes so easier for prospects to find the property when they were approaching the area to look at the property, they took the feedback positively and acted upon it which also speaks volume of their positive approach. Their marketing fee and charges are very competitive as well.
