Best of the best.
I had an idea of a price point for my investment property but I wasn’t sure if it was actually achievable. After talking to Lee about it I had the confidence in more then what I thought straight away so I decided to sell. Lee worked around the clock to get me the best result in a very short period of time with full communication every step of the way. To say I was happy with his service is an understatement. I couldn’t recommend him more. 10 out of 10 experience, that’s 2 from 2 now!

Attentive and Highly Professional
We have known Mark Martin for around 4 years and have always found him to be friendly, very professional and highly attentive to our needs. His appraisals are market based unlike other agents who simply want listings. When I contact Mark he will answer my call or reply if busy and call me back. Successful Sale
Lee and the team from Newstreet Agency, Mark and Tiarne, were successful in selling our property in a short time after it had been listed for a long time with another agency.
