Chris was transparent and honest at all times. He represented the buyer as he should but didn’t polarise me as a buyer in the process. Other agents in the area had an egotistical attitude due to the ‘sellers market’ that caused me to walk out of properties without viewing them due to their aggressive attitude. Chris was very professional in his manner at all times with me as the buyer of the property he was selling. He was pleasant, helpful and kept me informed without undue force. He always answered my questions and followed through promptly on my requests for information concerning the property. He was open and honest and as a result the buying of the property went through without any hitches. He was also kind enough to replace and pay for an air conditioner remote control which had gone missing during the transfer of the property and organised an electrician to come and get the air conditioner operational for which I was very appreciative. If I need to sell my property I would certainly be happy for Chris to be my real estate salesman.
