Simply brilliant
Very hard to convey to word's my gratitude to Chris and Phil for the sale of our property. From the moment I contacted Chris, his professionalism and enthusiasm has been incredible. I had many questions and both he and Phil were only to happy to answer them all without hesitation. They were with us every step of the way and gave us helpful guidance throughout this journey. Given the stress involved in selling as interest rates rose, they were always setting our minds at ease and kept us updated with everything going on. We felt confident to entrust them with our home and left them to do what they do best. I would not hesitate to contact Chris if I was ever thinking of selling again. It would be an foolish to contact anybody else with your livelihood. My sincere gratitude to these great guys for a job very well done!

Chris is an absolutely sensational agent who will ensure all of his clients are satisfied with both the process of selling their property and in the final sale. Chris’ knowledge of the local area is far greater than other agents and he uses that knowledge to get the best outcome for each vendor. Not only this but Chris is extremely honest with his vendors not over-promising to them which is a very rare trait in real estate agents today. Chris delivered outstanding customer service to my wife and I, ensuring we were kept informed throughout the whole process and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough if you are looking to buy or sell a property
