Our property was a bit tricky to sell. With Stewart's local knowledge and experience of the industry he was always ready to make suggestions and provide any feedback that would help with our sale. He was available to prospective buyers practically 24/7 which is not the norm these days and considering some of whom (in our opinion) were overly demanding, he was always accommodating, courteous and professional. Our experience with Stewart and the team at Elders North Haven has always been a positive, friendly and quite often funny time. Cannot rate him high enough and would recommend time and again as we have already done. Great result in the end all round. :)

Lisa has been very helpful throughout the process of selling our home. We weren't too sure what to expect after listing our home for sale during peak COVID-19 lockdown but we were luckily able to hold open homes and private inspections with lots of interested parties. After the devastating experience of having a buyer pull out of a sale after weeks of going back and forth with them, Lisa secured an acceptable offer from another buyer within 4 hours of the previous buyer pulling out and was very sufficient with sending through all the required paperwork to the buyer, liaising with strata managers and solicitors; and the transaction went through within 14 days.
