During the course of the recent sale of our house at West Haven, an issue arose with the local Council concerning the alterations and additions we had made. The concern was that the extensions did not comply with the Fire Safety requirements of the Building Code Of Australia and, because of this, Council could not issue a Building Certificate for the property. Since this clearance from Council was a prerequisite for completion of the Sale, we were quite concerned and somewhat at a loss as to how the situation could be rectified, particularly with the Settlement deadline looming. We're still not sure what we would have done without Stewart who basically relieved us of this responsibility and took it upon himself to redress. His knowledge, contacts, willingness to find a solution, perseverance, negotiation and positive outlook were invaluable. Throughout what was a very anxious period for us he was always available, extremely patient, tolerant and cheerful and provided continual reassurance and support. His efforts in resolving this matter to the satisfaction of all concerned were outstanding and far beyond what anyone could reasonably have expected. Based on this experience and other contact we have had with Stewart and his team, we have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation. Any prospective seller can rest assured that their interests will be paramount and that the service and attention they receive will be professional, cordial, timely and effective. Our lasting impression is of Stewart saying "Don't worry, it'll be fine".....and it was.
