What a dream Nicole and the team at Newman Realty were to have sell my house! I live in Melbourne and sold my property in Perth without actually needing to return to Perth to do so! Nicole handled absolutely everything for me, from collecting keys from my property manager, to sourcing and installing new carpet, arranging painters and having Newman Realty's in house staging team style the property for me. The house was on the market for less than a week before it sold, so needless to say Nicole and the team did a excellent job in presenting and marketing the property! Nicole and the team communicated with me and updated me every step of the way and I was extremely happy with the sale price! They even offer a service similar to after pay where you can defer payment of things like your marketing and staging costs till settlement which was really handy! I couldn't recommend Nicole and the team more highly! they will not disappoint!
