After a positive reaction, we decided to drive up from SE Qld to view this property ourselves. Krystal met us at the property and began to show us around. She was able to answer our questions and also made contact with the owner to verify that certain regulations were met. We were able to make a verbal offer agreeable to both parties that afternoon. Next morning we did a second viewing, the owner was present and showed us how to operate the pool and sprinkler system. Krystal has a very confident and pleasing nature. We left after we were satisfied this was the house for us. We have bought properties before and previously have signed a paper contract. This time we did it online. After a number of calls of (how do you do this) clear directions were given and we were on the way to buying our new home. Krystal contacted us a number of times to see how the sale of our property was going and congratulated us when that contract went unconditional. We can only say this is ment to be!!!!
