Within the course of one business day, Zahlia had carefully ‘walked and talked me’ through Tenancy application to approval, explaining the supporting documentation I required, and why. As a recently retired military veteran of over 30 years’ service, I had many questions that might otherwise be considered odd, but Zahlia was patient and considered throughout. I've known them for 14 years now. Used their service for my property in the last 4 years and I gotta say, I had zero hiccups.
