Looking back on this whole process from listing to sold was a pleasant experience. When the decision was made to sell, we contacted Gem who put us onto various trades to get the house "fit for sale" and only when the house was ready, he met with us to outline his preferred marketing strategy and plan B option if we had to change approach. We found Gem to be extremely professional and in securing a sale relatively quickly is testament of his ability.
