I dont often do reveiws but I'll make an exception in this case as i was impressed with the job Joe and Tara had done. Joe and Tara sold my duplex at 19 George st Eastlakes. As a builder/developer I get to deal with agents both at purchase and at the sale of my property's, so I know a good agent when I encounter one. Joe was spot on with his valuation and for better or worse told me his honest opinion throughout the selling process. The properties were very well marketed, there was always a good turn up at open house .....even on a Thursday. All potential purchasers were contacted afterwoods (not just name and number takers).
