I love Steve and want him across the road from me forever.His presentation is superb.I am used to agents walking me through all the selling points but Steve left me to my own tour and I felt more comfortable with that and it meant I could revisit a room etc and get a better feel for the place.He was always available for questions or wandering to the room or later on the phone when other questions came to mind.He has an innate sense of a purchasers true interest in a property which doesn't come to the forefront until necessary.I like that tactic.
