As the local expert in little Bay property I approached steve for an accurate opinion on the estimate selling price my house. I am very happy to report that we achieved that figure even though the circumstances of selling were quite tough for me at the time and the market had started to drop. I found steve to be very personable and a good negotiator. There was a consistent communication plan in place I was never left wondering what was going on. He would always call, sms, or hand deliver written feedback. When the time came to decide to sign a contract I knew that it was the best decision and that I had covered all of my bases because Steve negotiated very hard and very thoroughly. When it came to the finer details Steve went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after and everything was in place. He even bent over backwards to make the buyer happy and settle in. Cameron is professional, insightful, respectful and a great ally to have in the real-estate game. My wife and I initially engaged with a number of potential agents, explaining our circumstance, criteria for sale and how we’d like to be interacted with. A number of agents were cheaper, claimed to be able to extract a higher sale price etc, however our early interaction with Cameron, past client testimonials and his attitude and response to our enquiries were the reason for us to select him as our agent. My wife and I wanted to be treated as a team, we jointly owned the property and we both wanted to be kept up to date on the sale process… Cameron was extremely respectful and treated us as equals (past sales experiences, agents would by default call the man, and, despite our requests, would not include my wife in the updates). Cameron made a point of calling us both where possible, conferencing us in to explain what was the update (exactly what we wanted!). The sales process went far better than could have been expected. He was able to use his network of contacts and his proactive, friendly style to extract a sale before auction. He actively worked to reduce the associated costs as a result of selling early, even though he had expeditiously prepared all the relevant materials deemed suitable (print/online content)… We sold far sooner than expected, above the range we had expected and settled earlier than we planned- all due to his skill and approach during the negotiation stages. We would 100% recommend Cameron and wish you the same success we enjoyed.
