We originally placed our property on the market for sale with a large agency based in the centre of Sydney. During our 3-month "sole agency" with them one of their sales representatives held open days every Saturday but there was little or no activity during the remainder of the week. After the 3-month sole agency period had expired we instructed N G Farah as agents in their place and noticed an immediate difference.
