Hi Theo, could you please thank the team for the friendly and personal way they dealt with me and all the people who attended last week’s auction. Instead of being a nerve-wracking experience, it felt like a party! I would also like to thank you for the expert way you guided me through the intricacies of dealing with documents that had to be signed by members of our Order who are now living in Rome. When you took on the job of selling my mother’s apartment you could hardly have known what you were getting yourself into when it came to the complexities of dealing with a person who belongs to a Religious Order? Your calm approach to each issue that arose as to who can sign as the vendor was very reassuring and in spite of all the knots and tangles you were able to bring about a wonderful conclusion.
