Martin Farah is an excellent, very personable and the BEST agent ever. Martin came to our place once and sat down with my partner and myself and spoke about the sale of the unit. It did not go ahead for personal reason’s. After my partner passed away last year, I got in touch with Martin. He took over everything, I did not have to do anything, apart from going to the unit and giving him the key’s. Martin is a very hand’s on person, nothing was not too hard for him. We have been very fortunate to have been involved with Mark . At all times he was most courteous and gave us good advice on many matters. As the unit was classified as a Serviced Apartment rather than simply a residence, it meant more effort on him than what we would call "an ordinary sale". Also, not having to sell as an Auction saved us incurring the cost of an auctioneer. We had in mind that the property would sell for a little below two million so we were very happy with Marks efforts to achieve the sale he secured. Good luck to him for that too.
