If we could give Mark 6 stars out of 5 we would. He supported us through the whole process of getting our apartment market ready for sale and his communication was excellent as he kept us updated at every step of the way. We did our research by exploring other agents, but from our first meeting we could tell Mark would be eager to go above and beyond what the other agents were offering. The process was both smooth and speedy. Steve's knowledge of buyers-in-waiting was excellent, so before going into advertising expenses and routines, we had 4 suitable buyers through in one inspection, with an offer the next day which we soon accepted, because it matched Steve's prediction and reflected the market at the time.
