There were alot of challenges with our property including a falling market and the property requiring work to be ready for sale. Nathan firstly coordinated all the trades people to complete the work in less than 2 weeks. Following this he led a strategic off market campaign. He had a clear strategy in regards to the guide price and scheduling inspections, that had been successful in many of his other sales in the current market. Initially I was a bit sceptical however it certainly delivered. We ended up selling the property off market less than 2 weeks later for a price well above our expectations given the current market conditions. During a boom getting a result like this would be easy however in a falling market our result is testament to Nathan, Jeremy and the rest of the NG Farah Team. I would recommend Nathan and the team to anyone

So Nathan and us had a full circle back, we bought the property from him and then sold our property 6 years later also through him. When we bought our future family house, we missed out on 2 properties during the boom, so when we met Nathan he was warm, fun and inviting, and he worked through weekends making sure contract exchanged timely and helped us to achieve our goal. We were so impressed. But little we know he can literally blew our minds away 6 years later in the process of selling the very same house. We as a big growing family had to move to further west so we approached Nathan again with all of those fonds memories, especially the ones he even recommended us nicest restaurants to eat in Botany. This time is different, it is the start of a falling market and the rise of several interest rates, everyone is stressed and panicked as we had to move urgently as a family, the house is not in a great shape. But Nathan and his team especially Jeremy had organised it all to renovate our house in the shortest time with cheapest prices, his reno trades team and contact are amazing. It’s getting done in weeks and ready for sale. He negotiated and sold our place in 2 weeks off market and blow the final offer out of the ball park. We was literally stunned when he told us the final offer that he pulled it off in a falling market. We definitely will come back to deal with Nathan again if we ever can afford Botany again. I personally dealed with several real estate agents over the years, as I’m a seasonal investor myself, and I reckon Nathan is the best yet, to buy from and to sell with, skillful in negotiation, super fast and reliable in taking action, find the cheapest deal (he saved us 4k in property styling). If you don’t do with Nathan, you might be the ones who missed out on the best deals, as he is fair and knowledgeable and understood the market and people and families needs. He saved us from bankruptcy and helped us to revive our family future finance plans 👍🎉

From the first meeting with Nathan I was impressed by his level of professionalism, knowledge of the market his ability to build a positive relationship with myself as a somewhat nervous client. Honesty and integrity were two values that he demonstrated from our initial meeting and these values were apparent throughout all other meetings and communication.
