Any competent agent can sell property in a booming market, but it's when the market is falling that serious effort has to be made to get the best deal for the seller. Nathan was able to obtain the price we wanted by doing a huge amount of background work with both direct contacts and NGF's database of potential buyers. When we expressed pessimism about the prospects for finding a buyer prepared to commit when interest rates are high and going higher, he convinced us that his strategy would pay off, and indeed it did with the sale clinched prior to auction.
