Knowing Steve was from 10 years ago about. Though not face to face, however I've been receiving his seasonal greeting and market update from time to time. In many years he's been in the industry I have seen and known he is the expert that would assist with me when I decided to sell my house. We first decided sell the house at off market to save time and cost. He was efficient to find substantial potential buyers and secured 2 top buyers. In 2 weeks, the house was sold at off market!!!
