Eva has the personal touch, that gives her the biggest advantage over other agents in the area. The attention to the smallest details gives her a huge advantage over other agents. Eva has marketed our property in the worst timing of the property market has been in the last 5 years. The market is extremely unsettled, with banks very tight in lending. Eva manged to achieve a record price for us. I can not believe the result she achieved for us. I will always recommend Eva, as she is so focused to achieve better outcomes for the vendor.
