Eva D'Angelo was an extremely competent and professional realestate agent, particularly with the sale of company title duplexes. I'd be very confident recommending her services to anyone interested in achieving a great result.

We loved meeting & working with Eva! For our very first viewing of the home we purchased, we were running about 20 minutes late - yet Eva was patient enough to wait for us & allow us to take the time to view the apartment & ask questions. The negotiation process was made easy due to her professional & patient nature. Her advice on the neighborhood, the apartment, the price all made the process easy & hassle free for us! Eva is truly hard working & professional real estate agent & we couldn't have asked for a better experience through our first home purchase!

I must say that we were lucky that we found Eva and her team! She is so passionate, really helpful and thuthful to her word! Eva and her team did what a lot of other local real estate agents in Little bay couldn't do and we got the sale of our property done in no time! It was a property, I must say was tricky to sell for the price we wanted, but they worked so hard and put in place all the right strategies that our goal could be achieved! I can recommend Eva for anyone who is looking to buy a property or sell! I believe she is the person that you can entrust your property goals and she will deliver! That's for sure!

As a long term resident of Chifley, I wanted an agent who understood the area and it's potential. I shortlisted 3 agencies and after meeting them, I found Eva and South Eastern to have the best understanding of the area and the market and decided to go with them and trust them with the greatest investment I have sold to date. Having bought and sold properties before, I did not want a sales pitch without substance. I found the team and Eva as the lead professional and able to provide advice on what needed to be done before the sale. On this advice, I took the time to present the property in it's best light and believe this helped achieve the maximum price. Eva communicated with me all the way through the campaign very honestly and when the auction did not produce the sale we were after, Eva was able to find the right buyer based on her confidence of what the property was worth and it's potential. Selling a major asset we had held for 17 years was a major milestone in our lives and we don't believe it could have been handled as well as Eva was able to do with a great result. Eva's understanding our needs and her communication and honesty at just the right times was remarkable as was the relationship my wife and I established and built on with Eva right through the process up to settlement.

This is my second experience working with Greg. I found him to be caring to our particular family situation and very easy to contact even though I was no longer living local. Greg is a professional who knows Malabar and the current market. I would recommend Greg and his business to those seeking an agent with credibility and open communication skills.

We couldn't have been more happy with the way the sale of our property was conducted. We feel that an excellent price was achieved for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Greg Gladstone to anyway thinking of selling their property.

We were very happy with Angela's service and delighted with the result she achieved. Angela was methodical in her attention to detail and our initial confidence in her continued to grow as the campaign unfolded. Well done, Angela and the team at South Eastern Realty.
