APPRECIATION LETTER FOR Mr. Gem Basol

My son was the owner of above property and we bought this property through Joe (N G Farah) and subsequently successfully sold by Joe and Gem last month. Slow start but really happy with the end result. Gem was great! Gem was professional, respectful, listened and kept us well Informed. We put a lot of trust in these agents in return just want them to genuinely do their best for us and our property. I believe Gem got us there in the end.
