Calm and professional

We found Nathan Lang to be a calm real estate agent and not pushy. Some other agents really tried to push us to buy properties that were not what we wanted. Hard work produced a good result in a tough market

Any competent agent can sell property in a booming market, but it's when the market is falling that serious effort has to be made to get the best deal for the seller. Nathan was able to obtain the price we wanted by doing a huge amount of background work with both direct contacts and NGF's database of potential buyers. When we expressed pessimism about the prospects for finding a buyer prepared to commit when interest rates are high and going higher, he convinced us that his strategy would pay off, and indeed it did with the sale clinched prior to auction. He would personally update us regularly so we knew how things were going: sometimes not as well as we had hoped, but he would reassure us it's on track, and patience worked in the end. We've sold property before and Nathan has been by far the professional, personable and effective agent we've ever dealt with.
