In order to sell our property there were a number of challenges including the falling market and property requiring work. Jeremy was very efficient at organising trades people to complete the work very quickly in less than 2 weeks. So much that we didn’t have to do anything. Then with the sale campaign Jeremy contributed greatly to a very strategic campaign with the end result the property selling off market in less than 2 weeks well above our expectations. Which is a tremendous result in the current market. As such we are extremely happy with the service from Jeremy.
