Ray White Quakers Hill - The Tesolin group, get the job done! I wasted my time and money having the property listed through another agent.. after 7 weeks it was not leased. I engaged The Tesolin group and was immediately blown away by their professional, market knowledge and sheer determination to get the property leased as quickly and easily as possible. They made the whole process very easy, we’re proactive with open homes and proactively provided feedback in a timely manner. They had a lease signed within 2 weeks which was a great result. Honestly, Tiarn was so kind and courteous in all of our meetings and communication. We went to 10+ inspections and she was the only agent that made us feel human. Because there is so much competition for houses these days and because people are desperate, agents have forgotten how to actually treat everyone with care and make you feel like they want your business. Anthony and Tiarn were fine, thank you for your previous help. Corinna is great, she replies to my request within a short time most of the time. But the living experience is not good at all. I am paying the highest rent for a townhouse in this area, but I received a place with no toilet lights, no flushing water, no usable dishwasher and other issues. Most of them have been fixed within a month except the dishwasher, which is still awaiting to be fixed. I can understand and accept that a property with problems but the thing is as a tenant, I should get a livable place. Those problems should be fixed before I moved in or at least should receive a quick handling. Corinna was fine, she tried her best to help me, but most of the time, she needs to wait for approval from the owner, which wasted a lot of time. Besides a new tenant, I am an owner as well. I can not understand why some owner can not perform their duties effectively. It is my duty to pay rent on time, what about the owner? Besides that, as an agency, and a middleman, you guys should figure out how to avoid this situation.
