We must admit we were hesitant about selling with NGU in view of the negativity surrounding Josh Tesolin but Sam Yazdi and his team were fantastic. Giving us regular updates on open homes, etc. they were always communicating with us and keeping us in the loop and answering what questions we had. On Auction day you could really see how much they all love jobs. Everyone from NGU were really enthusiastic and ultimately achieved a suburb record for us. Thank you Sam for your expertise and patience and professionalism throughout the whole process.

From the moment we met Sam Yazdi, he worked very well with us on selling. Sam and his team are very professional. Sam was always confident with getting a great sale price for us. He gave great advice in particular with the auction process as we did not have any experience with auctions. Sam and his team took over one hundred groups through and on auction day there were 22 bidders. Sam and his team work extremely well with buyers and the Auctioneer during the auction ensuring the buyers are able to put in their bids, holding the auctioneer if required. I was very impressed both at our auction and the one I went to a week before. They achieved an amazing sale price for both. We were told ours was a suburb record for a 3 bed and 1 bath. We are extremely happy. Sam was easy to work with. He kept us informed through the whole process. I can not recommend Sam and his team highly enough. We were in great hands!
