We met Dan completely by chance while casually looking at a property, not even sure whether we wanted to buy or sell. Honestly, we thought that combo was a unicorn-level ask — rare and probably mythical. But Dan? He made it happen. He sold our house within 24 hours for the exact amount we needed. We’re still not entirely convinced he doesn’t have superpowers.
