We met Dan completely by chance while casually looking at a property, not even sure whether we wanted to buy or sell. He turned out to be absolutely amazing. He coordinated with every person we needed to involve, organised everything like a pro, and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Honestly, we thought that combo was a unicorn-level ask — rare and probably mythical. But Dan? He made it happen. He sold our house within 24 hours for the exact amount we needed. We’re still not entirely convinced he doesn’t have superpowers. Dan worked during business hours, after business hours… pretty sure he may have cloned himself at some point, because the man was everywhere. Dedicated, proactive, and genuinely committed — it felt like he wasn’t going to rest until everything was sorted. If you want a real estate agent who’s not only skilled and professional but also a machine-level workhorse with a human heart, Dan is your guy. Amazing service, exceeded every expectation — and 5 stars honestly feels like an understatement!
