Second time we have used NGU in a year and again they just got on with the job and got the property sold. Despite not being a dominant name in my area we appreciated their fast call to action and the marketing that they undertook. We still see signs from local realestate agents with the words 'For Sale' for weeks/months on end after initial listing. I was concerned as to how stale some local agents can get. I no longer feel a local agent is necessarily best as NGU have such a strong market reach.
