I rarely write reviews. Everything is 'amazing' or 'wonderful' these days and that blurs the lines between what is outstanding and what is simply the norm, or just average, to the point that one rarely bothers to read them any more. However, our experience over the last six months compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Leo provided us across the extended Covid-19 period. Leo get this property into the contract in the first couple of weeks, the service was outstanding, and ranged from 'must-do' tasks to 'suggestions', realistic timescales and helpful recommendations. Leo is experienced and efficient and it pays off. With a ready list of potential viewers already on their books (though the house under contract already!) it was very reassuring. Sold in 5 days! Unbelievable! Leo sold our first St Lucia project in 5 days to cash buyers. It is an absolutely unbelievable result! He set up a new record for similar property in St Lucia. It seems Leo is not selling the most of homes in St Lucia, but very obviously he sold the home for the most!!
