It was a gamble as they are not in our area but as soon as we met with Nhan & the principal of NGU Realty we knew that we were in good hands. Nhan has been there every step of the way, helping and guiding us through the process. He is very professional in his approach, but more important to us was that he is very accessible. Whenever we called we got a response straight away. We had answers to our questions no matter how trivial they were. Our open homes were done in a respectful way to our tenants with Nhan co-ordinating things between us, them and the team at NGU. I would highly recommend Nhan and NGU to anyone considering selling a property. You won't get better service from anyone else.

We have a few properties that we listed with NGU Real Estate. This house sold within a couple of weeks of it being on the market. The team was very professional from the start, it is not just a real estate agency that sells your house, they involve themselves in every aspect of the sale, and market the property in a different way to other agencies which gets your property out to a much larger audience. They have an understanding of where your audience is and put the property in front of those people not just place it on RealEstate.com and hope that a buyer will see the place. It has been a smooth and stress free process, we have been kept in the loop the whole way and the team are there to answer your calls when need be. You are always made to fee like you are a priority. Emil himself is present for most of the process, even though it is not really necessary as he has such a competant team, but it still nice to know that the principal of the agency will take the time to walk you through all the steps involved in selling. Bring on the next sale :)
