We'd been looking for a house for years with no luck, and with the housing market so hot we were getting tired of real estate agents (from other agencies) treating people like they weren't worth their time, just because the houses were at the cheaper end and so in demand. Gillian took the time to treat us like humans, despite being SWAMPED by other people also looking at the house and it made all the difference. It was such a lovely experience working with her and Rob and we couldn't recommend them more. They made us feel so cared for that we're excited to show them photos once we finished renovating the house we bought through them!
