The day we met Amie, we loved her enthusiasm and energy and knew we wanted to buy a house from her. Now that the sale is complete, we just want to say thank you for your great work and persistence in working with the buyers to get the sale finalised . We are remote from the area so it probably made it a little more difficult. That said, I think the process went very smoothly. The first failed sale we took as a positive, it gave us an insight into what was required in getting the home to a saleable state. I cannot recommend Amie at NGU highly enough as she went above and beyond with her customer service. From an initial inspection of a property, to support when the potential sale fell over Amie’s communication was excellent. After this, Amie kept us in mind and offered us a suitable property pre market, which resulted in a sale. Nothing throughout the contract negotiations and purchase process was a problem including negotiating issues around the pest and building inspections, facilitating extra appointment at the property to enable investigations and tradies access to assess and quote etc. As a result of our recent experience with NGU Rosewood we would exclusively engage Amie for any future property transaction. 10+/10.

These guys helped us sell our property and were 100% committed the entire way through. Even with the difficult sale, they were supportive, encouraging and helpful with their ideas but never pushy.
