One of a kind

We met Rachel years ago, at a neighbour's auction show Her warmth and kindness made it clear "When we sell - she's our agent, no fear." A local legend, calm and clever, choosing Hobbsy? Easiest decision ever. And when our time finally came, she smashed it - again and again. A cracking price, conditions right, tailored to our slightly chaotic plight She backed our wish to give FHBs a shot, and helped a relative too - because why not? She answered questions big and small, never judged us (even once), not at all And somehow ended up out the back, playing catch in bindis - not your standard contract If you want someone real, kind, and true, Rachel's the one who'll always come through We'd pick her again without thinking twice - Hobbsy's heart, humour, and hustle are *chefs kiss* noice
