I cannot tell you how much Rachel did for us, well actually can and I am about to. Not only did she get us an awesome price in an uncertain market with a fast sale but she also went to the effort of organising literally everything for us and the purchaser to make the sale as smooth as possible. Even things that weren't her responsibility like collecting the keys from the tenant so save them an hour drive down to the Gold Coast. If I have another place to sell I will definitely be going back to her. She genuinely cares about her job and the people she touches in the process. You've done an amazing job on this sale Rachel and I cannot appreciate you enough.
