We contacted Erden about a single house that we saw available online, and by the next day, we'd not only inspected that house, but two others that were actually suitable for us. Erden was one of the few agents that listened properly when we explained what we were looking for as first time buyers, he didn't take us to homes above our budget, he was able to identify what was most important in our criteria, and he didn't deviate from what was important to us. Having said that, he was still able to think outside the square, and we ended up buying a home that we hadn't considered at first, but which we now absolutely love and is perfect for us. He also has brilliant follow through, and he never failed to call us back when he said he would.

Erden has a very personal nature about him. There isn’t any bells and whistles what you see is what you get! honesty & positivity. His knowledge of the market and selling area is on the ball. Erden keeps in contact frequently to inform you of what’s happening with your property. He would call every six months or so for about ten years and finally we said OK let’s sell...Thanks Erden

The process at the beginning started out relatively normal with constant follow up prior to sale and signed contracts. However moving forward after contracts were signed over a 6 month period received only one phone call. Constantly tried to make contact with him and didn’t hear back for weeks on end. Mentioned he was constantly busy, sick and also not in the office however I would call his office and he was there not getting back to me. Also advertised the property with extras off the plan that later were not apart of the original agreement ( his words). Would not recommend Dean to any person looking to purchase or sell especially of the plan, constant lies about inclusions that were said to be included but eventually we’re not.
