It was a pleasure working with Christina Rochetich, she was motivated, hard working, knowledgeable, her advice was invaluable, from the first contact, the sale process, presenting the flat in the best possible way to impress the prospective purchasers, through the negotiation to the sale. Easy to deal with
Nicholas and his company have been managing my rental property successfully for many years and he was the obvious choice when it came time to sell. Nicholas was very easy to deal with and provided many insights into the local market, right time to sell, renovate or not, keep the tenant or not, and this information was very valuable. We achieved a respectable pricing outcome even with the slow down in the property market. My thanks again for all the support.

Highly recommend
Erden came to value my home approximately 2 years ago. At the time I was not ready to sell and he was never pushy. During this time he stayed in regular contact letting me know what was happening with the market in the area. His calls were more of a friendly catch up rather than a business call and I appreciated his approach and always enjoyed chatting to him. When I was finally ready to sell he was the only agent I considered. He always has a smile on his face, is polite, punctual and obviously works very hard. I always felt comfortable with entrusting him to sell my home.

Excellence....
I found Christina wonderful to deal with. Typically from a purchasers perspective, service from an agent can be tough however Christina was professional, attentive, hard working and overall a pleasure to deal with.
