Professional & efficient agent
Given that the estate agent is being paid by the vendor, we as the purchaser found Cameron to be supportive and efficient in affecting a sale to suit both parties. We appreciated his frankness, honesty and negotiation skills. His openness and ready accessibility at any time of the day contributed greatly to finalising our purchase.

Very professional and driven real estate agent
We've known Cameron for a few years now and therefore he was our first choice when we decided to sell our apartment. He presented the best offer, the greatest flexibility and he has his own ideas about how to market a property differentiating him from the other agents we invited to quote. All marketing is in-house, except the photographer, which meant the time to market was really short and the investment stayed well within a reaonable budget. He knows the local market really well and is very up to date with realistic pricing targets, buyer and vendor expectations. The end result is that we sold our apartment after the first open house which, in the current market, is amazing. Cameron managed to negotiate a good price as well so we can now move into our next property with no financial issues. We would highly recommend him, and his team, as real estate agents.
