Great advice and delivery of the sale in a challenging market
We put our house on the market in April 2022. The market changed dramatically during our campaign and we were required to change our expectations. Nick, Joe, Sarah and Jack worked incredibly hard and provided us with sage counsel on what we needed to secure the sale. Our original selection of agent didn't consider their extensive experience of working through downturns in the market - fortunately Nick and his team are highly experienced with 20+ years experience in getting the best outcomes for their sellers at all points in the cycle. Any agent can sell a house when times are good. Only the best can deliver in a down market.

We engaged Nick Johnstone Real Estate to sell our property at 1/5 St. Andrews Street, Brighton
