The whole experience of selling with Joe is a pleasure and this is the second house I have sold with him. He is honest and frank and has a wonderful way of putting both vendors and buyers at ease. I think it’s a testament to him that when the hammer went down on my home last Sunday the winning bidders were as excited and happy as we were with the result. That’s the best kind of deal where everyone walks away pleased with it and it’s credit to Joe’s hard work and passion for the job that he had so many good buyers confident to bid at auction and I know our buyers are going to love living in this house as much as we have. Joe genuinely cares about the process, goes above and beyond with the opens (he even mowed my front lawn before selling my first home) and doesn’t create false expectations for either buyers or sellers. I think this level of honesty in what is a fairly cut throatindustry is what sets him apart and which is why I have referred him to so many friends in the area who have been equally impressed. I know he’ll chase every last potential buyer down, isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and get it done and I love that the Nick Johnstone team does Sunday opens - in fact we had a Sunday auction because they are so busy at the moment and it was the right call. We went on the market within the price range but five bidders took it well above it. I trust Joe and his team and am very grateful for all they did to get such a great result for me at 34b which ended up being above my expectations (which they’d managed really well too!!). He was also instrumental in me securing my new home, acting in effect as a buyer’s agent for me with another agency, I reached out to him because I knew how knowledgeable he is about the area and was thrilled that he managed to help me secure a house I’d been coveting for years. First ,the valuation was within a few percent of the price paid at auction and just on the conservative side. So his accuracy in my case was nearly spot on. Their team was working hard and up and running in early January. Which suited our timing. Photo shoot and advertising was all fantastic. Sarah Korbel Communicated the feedback from marketing and opens in a professional friendly manner and Nick worked magic on a tough crowd on the day.
