Selling a heritage home that has been in your family for generations can be a very emotional experience. Joe provided enormous respect for the history of the property as well as appreciating how important it was to find a new owner who would do likewise. His efforts to find the 'right' purchaser via video viewings during lock-downs must be admired, and for good reason. His on-going communication with us was constant and supportive and balancing communication time lags, with one co-owner overseas, handled very professionally. The final sale of the property was made to the 'right' purchaser, despite the difficult circumstances, for a better than anticipated result.
