Great service
Nick Johnstone managed the sale of our property brilliantly. We live in Darwin and were dependent on Nick communicating effectively and he exceeded our expectations, He was able to save us a trip for an auction by successfully negotiating a fair price for us and the purchaser. Nick's team were also great to deal with. I have known Nick indirectly for many years and new he was a man of great character who I could trust.

Best agent ever!
My near new town house in Brighton had been languishing on the depressed market for 4 months with another agent and I'd spent $21,000 in marketing fees with them, paid an additional $7,000 for styling with the price constantly being lowered, two auctions and not a single contracted offer. Joe took it over and 6 weeks later we had a signed contract at a price I was happy with - wish I'd gone with him in the first place. We had potential buyers through almost every day and the buyers who bought actually came to a Sunday open and Joe followed them up through the week. I couldn't be happier - Joe is determined, friendly, trustworthy and I love Nick Johnstone's "no bullxxxx" policy. Hopefully I won't sell again for a while but I know who I will call when I do - thanks so much - could not recommend Joe more highly.

Great Outcome in Hampton East
Going through Nick Johnson Real Estate was a great choice for us. The professionalism of Nick and his team was outstanding. The communication between us as clients and our main real estate agent Sarah was fantastic. We were kept abreast of all opens and feedback from them. Having 3 opens per week gave our property great exposure which resulted in a positive outcome at auction.

While walking around Brighton I became aware of the number of successful 'Sold by Nick Johnstone' signs on quality houses.When it was my turn to sell, I contacted Nick and I was not disappointed He and his team treated me with courtesy,consideration and respect Nick, Georgia and Joe were always here on time to welcome prospective buyers and followed up when appropriate.
