However Nick was the perfect fit for our family, his local knowledge of Brighton is incredible. But I have to say that from the first conversation I had with Nick I felt I knew where I stood, and trusted his opinions, advice and guidance, and that he listened to me. I had no hesitation going with him. We were very happy with the overall experience of dealing with Nick Johnstone Real Estate. Attending OFI's we found them helpful and willing to talk openly and honestly about the pros and cons of the property, information & contracts were provided quickly after request. We recently acquired a property in the East Brighton area for which Joe Doyle was the selling agent. At all times we found Joe to be approachable, available and accommodating to all of our enquiries and requests throughout the auction campaign. Once we were the successful bidder on the auction day, Joe and the rest of the team were a delight to work with in terms of the necessary paperwork and formalities.
