Nick and Daniel did a great job at making the process for my partner and I to buy our first home really simple. We have obviously never been through this lengthy process before, but Nick was extremely helpful to us, very prompt at replying to any questions we had, and got things moving really fast and it was an extremely positive experience working with him!

Nick is honest, realistic, transparent, responsive, hard working at all hours of the day, most importantly works in your interest- he is everything you are looking for in an agent. Can't stress enough how good it is working with him. He went above and beyond to sell my apartment in record time. Any questions or queries, he listens. Great guy to work with.

We have been extremely impressed by the manner in which Nick managed the sales process. As buyers, he kept us well informed throughout and since the sales contract was executed has continued to offer us the support that we require in order to ensure a stress free experience. We would highly recommend Nick and would without hesitation use Nick as a sales agent in the future. Nick, we would like to thank you for your support during the last few weeks. Much appreciated 😊

Nick and his team were a great company to deal with. Very professional, experienced and helpful. I listed my apartment in Box Hill with Nick. He provided constant feedback on inspections and potential buyers at every inspection. He is thorough and great to work with. There were no false expectations on price or negotiations. He is honest and forthright. Nick knew the price I wanted for my apartment and did not make me waste time on offers not relevant. He handled everything. I had an excellent experience with this team of agents. I recommend to anyone looking to sell their property to engage Nick Tang Real Estate.
