Nick previously sold our Box Hill townhouse a few years back so we knew he was our guy for the job. Nick is energetic and passionate when it comes to property and getting the right price for his clients. His knowledge of the market and strategic thinking gave us full confidence in his ability and would be happy to work with him again. Despite asking a lot of difficult questions, he answered them all and delivered to plan.

Nick and his team recently helped me sell my student apartment. It was on the market for quite some time, so Nick advised me to vacate the apartment to assist with the sale. It worked, a few weeks later and the apartment was sold to a buyer wishing to occupy the apartment. I was happy with the final offer and Nick’s fees were very reasonable compared to other agents I had contacted previously. There were some issues with communication which were rectified as soon as I discussed this with Nick. Overall good experience and outcome.
