I asked for an honest rock bottom figure appraisal and that i would hold Umer to his words. I gave him every chance not to over promise and under deliver. He geared the marketing towards "investors" and first home owners grant and wondered why people were low balling on his original appraisal. Then he disappeared sending juniors to cover his absence. After 8 weeks of no offers and about to dump the agency altogether his Manager called, after explaining our experience we were offered another agent who sold our house in 6 days. The hide of Umer to ask for this review months after house was sold by another agent. I recommend not to use this agent!
