Shellie was very flexible to help us out by opening the house for us before we got the keys, so we were able to see people to organise for renovations before we moved in. She was very polite and made sure we got the best experience of buying our first house.

Shellie has been a great support and advisor throughout my sale of a property. She is a good listener and would give me options but always said that in the end it was my decision. Communication is her strong point. She was up to date with the laws and requirements. I would happily use her again.

Shellie and her team have been nothing but exceptional with their level of service and expertise throughout the whole sale. From photos and marketing to a well laid out negotiation of contract to final sale. I am sad to say we don't have any more properties to sell in the area or offer to Shellie and her team to manage they are that good. Thanks again for your excellent sales service and performance.

Shellie's market knowledge for us was a saviour. After a chance meeting she was able to show us an upcoming listing which was perfect for our family. Her in depth knowledge of the local area helped us avoid potential properties that would have given longer term issues.

Shellie and Sasha went above and beyond to sell our house and did an absolutely fantastic job. We could not have asked for more. We cannot rate Shellie more highly with her expertise in the field. If you are thinking of selling your property in the Tablelands I would go no where else then this lovely local family business.

I recently sold my property with Nightingale Realestate. I don't believe I could of had a better experience, Shellie and the team made the experience from start to finish an absolute pleasure, there wasn't a question that couldn't be answered and Shellie's boots on the ground, positive attitude and a wealth of local knowledge and buyer reach was truly appreciated. I 100% back and recommend Shellie and her team.

We recently sold our vacant block of land, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience thanks to Shellie and Sasha. From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful – professional, incredibly supportive, and a genuine pleasure to work with throughout the entire selling process. What truly set them apart was Shellie's thoughtful approach to finding the right buyer. As the block is right next door to our home, it was important to us to have a neighbour who would fit into our community. Shellie took this to heart and sourced a buyer she knew would be a fantastic addition to our neighbourhood, someone we're genuinely looking forward to getting to know. Their dedication went above and beyond, making a potentially stressful situation feel seamless and positive. We highly recommend Shellie and Sasha to anyone looking for real estate agents who are not only highly effective but also genuinely care about their clients and their community.
