Dream Home A Breeze

An authentic and experienced real estate agent
I would like to begin by stating that Jacqui Smith is an authentic individual who stuck by me for nearly 2.5 years in regards to the sale of my property in Larnook. Billen Cliff is a strata title community nestled into the hills of the North Coast, Australia. It was a beautiful property yet difficult to sell due to the location and narrow vehicle access, but this did not deter Jacqui. I found Jacqui to be highly professional plus the photos of the property were the very best I had seen. I would highly recommend her as an agent.

Jacqui is an amazing agent and person. She took the time to listen to our family's needs and create a list of properties that met our requirements. We re-located from Sydney, so Jacqui spent a day with us to inspect properties that she knew would be suitable. Throughout the process Jacqui was always responsive and kept us informed of properties as they were coming available. We were able to secure our new family home as Jacqui was able to show us through a property before it was professionally photographed and marketed. Jacqui helped us to negotiate a price that worked for both us and the owner and then stayed active throughout the exchange process to ensure settlement occurred smoothly.
