The purchase of our home had an added layer of complexity and Jacqui did a great job in keeping us informed as she received updates and new information from the vendor. One of the things that struck me initially about Jacqui was her patience and respect when we first seen the house and when we asked for some time to look at all options in the area to ensure that we were making the right decision - as we were so used to 'pushy' agents. When negotiating the price for sale Jacqui listened to all that we had to say, and the reasons for making the offer that we did and she took it all to the vendor. We asked to visit the property a few times before we purchased it and Jacqui was very obliging and met us there and patiently allowed us the time to look thoroughly at the property as it was in need of some repair before we could move in. We absolutely love the property and can't wait to finish renovating the house but should we ever have to sell it I wouldnt hesitate in having Jacqui as our Agent.
