I purchased my home in Gungas Road Nimbin in 2017 through Nimbin Hills Real Estate. Sadly I have had to sell in 2023. John Wilcox and the team of people working with him at Nimbin Hills Real Estate were excellent in both situations. When buying, I was shown many properties until I found "the one". I appreciated the good advice given to me and the fact that I was never rushed when looking at the homes. Very laid back and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On selling, which was so difficult for me as I had to leave for family commitments, not because I wanted to leave, John and his team were again very understanding and helped me navigate through the process giving good advice regarding the market and not pushing me in any way to make decisions I wasn't comfortable with. I believe I bought and sold at a fair market price. Everyone at Nimbin Hills are very approachable and friendly. Purchasing a home for my elderly mother sight unseen is a difficult experience, and Johna dn Sunday took away all of the stress and made everythign run smoothly and they put in hours and hours of work to make it happen. There was no stone left unturned and they deserve the very best accolades for thier profession. I am a real estate agent of 15 years and it doesnt matter if you work in the business selling or buying for you or your family is still as stressful as someone doing it for the first time. I highly recommend this fatastic team, the after sale service has been so appreciated and noted even going over to check on my mum and make sure she is settling in. These are agents who CARE.
